HOW WE WORK

A clear process, from idea to delivery.

Every project moves through visible stages. Scope, proposal, contract, payments, deliveries, changes and documentation stay organized in one place.

Async-firstMilestone deliveryEverything documented

You know what is happening at every stage.

Before development we define what will be built. During the project you can see progress, deliveries, decisions and next steps without relying on constant meetings.

01

Define

Problem, users, initial scope and first estimate.

02

Propose

Complete document with solution, deliverables, timing and budget.

03

Approve

Contract, payment plan and formal project start.

04

Build

Milestone-based development with visible progress in the portal.

05

Review

Each delivery can be approved or returned with clear changes.

06

Launch

QA, deployment, documentation and access handoff.

01

First we turn the idea into a concrete project.

You do not need to prepare a technical document. We start with what you want to solve, who uses it, how it works today and what outcome you need. From there we shape the first version.

The proposal is written and explicit.

Before starting, you receive a document with the agreed scope. The goal is to make it clear what will be built, what is excluded and how the work is divided.

Contract and payments tied to milestones.

The structure depends on project size. There may be an initial payment followed by payments when concrete milestones are reached. Nothing depends on vague dates.

Percentages are only an example. The real structure is defined in each project proposal.

Then everything lives inside the project workspace.

Once the project starts you receive private access. Progress, deliveries, messages, documents, approvals and payments are kept together.

Every delivery gives you something concrete to review.

You do not wait until the end to see the product. Milestones show what is complete, what you can test and what needs approval before moving forward.

Scope changes stay documented too.

If a new need appears during development, it is recorded as a scope change. Before work starts you see the estimated impact on timing and cost and decide whether to proceed.

Clear, bilingual, async communication.

The project does not depend on calls to move forward. Messages, decisions and deliveries remain written. Translation can show each conversation in English or Spanish while always preserving the original message.

Can we add an email notification after every confirmed payment?

Yes. I logged it as a scope change so we can estimate the impact before implementing it.
